If you are registered as a vendor, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QUARVEXI GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, or legal expenses arising from:

Infringement of intellectual property rights

The Company reserves the right to suspend vendor accounts and withhold payouts in case of disputes, fraud investigations, or legal claims.
