Software License Terms

Software License Terms

These Software License Terms (“Agreement”) govern the purchase, download, activation, and use of digital products, software, license keys, activation codes, and downloadable items provided by:

QUARVEXI GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED
(“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or activating any digital product from our platform, you (“User”, “Customer”, “You”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Nature of Products

Our digital offerings may include, but are not limited to:

  • Software license keys

  • Activation or serial codes

  • Downloadable software files

  • Digital subscriptions

  • Game activation keys

  • Cloud-based or SaaS software access

Each license key or activation code is unique and intended for single-use only, unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description.

2. License Grant

Upon successful payment and valid purchase, the Company grants you a:

  • ✔ Non-exclusive

  • ✔ Non-transferable

  • ✔ Non-refundable

  • ✔ Personal-use-only

license to use the purchased software or license key strictly for its intended purpose.

You do not acquire ownership of the software. The purchase grants only a limited right to activate and use the product in accordance with these terms.

3. License Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute license keys

  • Activate the same key on unauthorized or multiple devices

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, tamper with, or crack the software

  • Claim ownership or proprietary rights over the software

  • Use the software for unlawful or prohibited purposes

  • Attempt fraud, unauthorized access, re-activation, or circumvention of license controls

Violation of these restrictions may result in:

  • Immediate license termination

  • Suspension or termination of your account

  • Blacklisting of device IDs or IP addresses

  • Legal action where applicable

4. One-Time Activation Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • License keys are valid for one-time activation only

  • Re-activation on a different device may not be supported

  • Device formatting, hardware changes, or OS reinstallation may require a new license

Activation policies are governed by the respective software provider and not solely by QUARVEXI GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED.

5. Delivery of License Keys

License keys and digital products are delivered through:

  • Secure user dashboard access

  • Registered email address

  • Encrypted or protected digital delivery systems

Once delivered or displayed, a license key is deemed used, even if it has not been activated.

6. Validity of License Keys

License validity depends on the product type and description:

  • Lifetime License: Valid for the lifetime of the software version, not the user’s device or lifetime.

  • Subscription License: Valid only for the specified duration (monthly, yearly, etc.).

  • OEM / Retail Keys: Activation limits and validity depend on the original software provider’s policies.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the license type before purchase.

7. No Refund After License Delivery

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once:

  • A license key has been displayed or emailed

  • Download access has been granted

  • The activation or installation process has started

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The license key is proven invalid

  • The key cannot be activated after full technical verification

  • A duplicate purchase has occurred

All refunds are processed strictly in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Technical Support

We may offer:

  • Basic installation assistance

  • Activation guidance

  • Limited product usage support

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • System or software incompatibility

  • Hardware defects or failures

  • Pre-existing device or OS issues

  • Conflicts with third-party applications

  • Internet, ISP, or network-related problems

9. Third-Party Software Compliance

Many products provided are owned and licensed by third-party companies, including but not limited to:

  • Microsoft

  • Adobe

  • Antivirus vendors

  • Gaming and software platforms

Users must comply with the official End User License Agreement (EULA) of the respective software owner in addition to these terms.

The Company does not modify, crack, or alter third-party software in any manner.

10. License Termination

Your license may be terminated without notice if:

  • You share, resell, or misuse the license key

  • You violate any provision of this Agreement

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected

  • A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without valid justification

Terminated licenses are final and will not be reinstated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUARVEXI GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss or corruption

  • Hardware or system damage

  • Software conflicts or incompatibility

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits

  • Customer-driven activation or installation failures

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.

12. Updates & Upgrades

Software updates and upgrades are subject to the policies of the original software provider:

  • Updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated

  • Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
